How we use Google user data

Minimum access

When your practice enables Google Sign-in, Footprints Supervision Manager requests basic identity information (name, email address, and profile) so staff can authenticate securely. When a user connects Google Calendar, we request calendar access only to create and update supervision session events on that calendar. We use this data solely to operate those features for your practice. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Practices may also connect Microsoft Outlook or other calendars for the same session-sync purpose; see our Privacy Policy for details.
